Moreover, he should exercise reasonable care, skill and diligence when it comes to his duties. He should also avoid any conflicts of interests.

Mr. Gabriel Portelli

Marketing Manager

The role of Mr. Gabriel Portelli as a Marketing Manager entails that he will be in charge to come up with marketing ideas on how to advertise our company to the market, especially to the elderly market sector. He needs to keep up with any new marketing trends, in order to be at an advantage with the other competitors.

Ms. Luana Cutajar

Administration Manager

The role of Mrs. Luana Cutajar as the Administration Manager is to make sure that the necessary operations, such as, hiring and training of new employees are done fairly and equally. Moreover, she needs to make sure that any data collected and stored are not shared with any third parties unless the clients have been made aware of such transaction.

Ms. Maria Mercieca

Transport, Logistics and Medical Services Manager

The duties of Maria Mercieca as the Transport, Logistics and Medical Services Manager is to make sure that the necessary transportation is provided whenever it is required by the clients, together with any doctor, nurse or other specialists at any time during the day. She makes sure that they go to the client’s house immediately, without any unnecessary delays. She also needs to make sure that is the clients require any medications, they are readily available in order to be delivered to them in the shortest time possible.

Ms. Marouska Borg

IT Manager

The role of Marouska Borg within the company, as the IT Manager is to ensure that the website is kept up to date with any new features. She needs to step in if there are any crashes on the website, or if any errors might occur.

Mr. Matthew Camilleri

PRO - Public Relations Officer

The role of Matthew Camilleri as the Public Relations Officer is to prepare any speeches that need to be made for any public releases or any interviews. He needs to maintain a positive image our company when meeting with stakeholders and with the general public.

Luke Camilleri

Activity Manager

The duties of Luke Camilleri as the Activity Manager in our company is to make sure that a series of both physical and online activities are organised and set up in order to be offered to the elderly citizens every day. Moreover, the activity manager needs to make sure that the elderlies are supplied with the required and necessary supplies in order to be able to keep up with the daily activities
